HARD GATES (never relaxed). 1) Kundli gate: the natal chart is analysed — the purpose's karaka planet, malefic pressure on the 4th/8th houses, Sade Sati/Dhaiyya — and Vimshottari pratyantar sub-periods whose lord is the 8th lord or a dusthana-connected malefic are excluded outright. 2) Balvaan-chandra window: only dates from Shukla Navami to Krishna Shashti (a strong Moon) are considered. 3) Jupiter AND Venus must be udit (not combust) in transit. 4) Tarabala from the person's own birth star — Vipat/Pratyak/Vadha days vetoed. 5) Chandrashtama veto (transit Moon 8th from natal Moon). For marriage/griha pravesh the karaka must also not be combust/debilitated in transit (classical asta-shuddhi). WEIGHTED SCORING: surviving dates are scored by importance percentages — tarabala 60, yoga 32 (ten ashubh yogas excluded), karana 16 (Vishti + fixed karanas excluded), vaar 8 (shubh Mon/Wed/Thu, saumya Fri; krur Tue/Sat/Sun avoided), nakshatra 4 (purpose list), tithi 1 (groups ranked Jaya > Purna > Nanda > Bhadra > Rikta) — reported as a 0-100 score. If no date passes everything, the lowest-weight requirements are relaxed first (tithi → nakshatra → vaar → karana → yoga) and every relaxation is declared in the response — tarabala and the hard gates are never relaxed. MARRIAGE: pass the second person's chart in `birth2` — the entire screen runs on both kundlis and only the dates common to both are returned, ranked by the weaker chart's score. Requires `birth` in the request body. |
