List all supported tarot decks with metadata.

Test keys (sk-test-…) are free and unlimited, and return the exact production response structure computed from a fixed sample input. The response is JSON: {"success": true, "data": {…}, "meta": {…}} with Hindi name twins where available (e.g. sign / sign_hi).
